Chef Atisha Pascual
Each kitchen has reflected a story and ours contains the taste of experiences, travel, and cultures chef Atisha Pascual has lived.
Four is a very significant number to the life of the chef. Born on a 24 and at the age of four he starts to prepare his dishes with much interest and curiosity.¬† And thus, his love for the culinary art is born.
The young chef has the fortune to study and live abroad in three different continents: Asia, Europe, and America.
It was in London where the chef started his formation in gastronomy.
From London, he travels to Manhattan, in the big apple, where he works in an Italian restaurant and emphasizes in Mediterranean cuisine. He later arrives in Puerto Rico, where he works for two great chefs during the next 12 years while giving his best. In 2016 he presents one of his greatest achievements, Bechamel.
With 21 years of experience and great discipline, he presents his new culinary proposal, Dulcesalado.
