Who We Are

We are María Jose Delgado and Walter Santalíz, born and raised in Puerto Rico. Like many, we had a dream. The dream of making our beautiful island even sweeter. In a warm place like this, that could only be achieved in one way: the ice-cream way. We’ve always loved ice-cream memories (they are all happy and nostalgic), as we believe they leave an imprint, freezing moments in time. So we started crafting creamy flavors, in a premium and traditional way.

Our initial purpose was to give people the possibility to create lasting memories, while making Puerto Rico sweeter, one scoop at a time. Recently, in-tune with this purpose, we’ve decided to expand our offer and introduced a brunch menu, which is already a total hit.

We’ve poured our heart and soul into Cool Hope Creamery and we’re really proud of everything we’ve been bringing to our customers.
